Phase 1: Discover
1. Book Us (9 - 12 months prior)
Now that you’re engaged, it’s time to ensure your wedding day is absolutely perfect. Once you’ve set your date and booked your venue, contact our studio for a photographer.
2. Engagement Photoshoot (6 - 8 months prior)
Once you’ve chosen the perfect location, a Ruben Parra Studio photographer will work with you during a fun, comfortable portrait session that lasts about an hour.
3. Photographer Consultation (1 month prior)
About a month prior to your wedding day, you’ll meet with your photographer to create the perfect event timeline and to go over any last-minute photography or event details.
Phase 2: Enjoy
Wedding Day (enjoy every moment!)
The most important day of your life has arrived and your photographer will be there every step of the way to ensure it’s a smooth process.
Phase 3: Relive
1. Pictures Ready (2 - 3 weeks after)
Once we’ve finished proofing your photos, they’ll be available online via a personal access code. This lets you review and order specific prints.
2. First Album Draft (4 weeks after)
Now that your photos are done and you’ve had a chance to look them over, work with your photographer and album designer to craft the perfect album.
3. Digital Copies (3 months after)
Prior to finalizing the album, you’ll receive all your wedding photos on a USB drive. These high-definition photos can be used to create your own gallery.
4. Album Ready (3 - 6 months after)
After approving your album and all edits have been completed, it will be printed, bound and shipped to your home.
